i realized i talk about the giant portrait of Ginger Spice i did at the end of the year. That week i spent 8 hours at my apartment, all of which were spent sleeping when i got sick of the bed of fabric scraps and dusty foam i set up in my studio space. it was a great time though and i'm so proud of the results. My sister Rachel's grown up to become an incredibly cool person. She's been the funniest person i know since she was like 12, but now she's also really excited, exciting, and fucking ridiculous. She was Santa Claus for Halloween junior year. But not sexy Mrs Clause with a scandalous miniskirt, she was fat man Santa with all her friends dressed as reindeer and elves. She also has the most embarassing life i've heard of. Like, know that person who tries to be sneaky or whatever but ALWAYS gets caught. Well that's her, and she always gets caught by just the right person to make a perfect story for her to tell later. Which she does. There's nothing she's more excited to talk about than embarassing stories having to do with her, and where my laugh comes in medium and large hers comes in large and extra large. i tried really hard to talk her out of getting her tongue pierced but tongue rings suck. But when she showed it to me today i had to congradulate her on a very successful tongue piercing. i don't know how she pulls being her off, but i really want her to write all her stories and make a book because everyone would love to read it. Especially her. Crap i can see her in her dorm room next year hysterically laughing at her own stuff as she's reading it over on the computer, and i can see her roommate across the room like in disbelief but she's amused instead of annoyed because Rachel's the type of person that everyone likes.
